[SPOILERS] A Question About the Ending of the Game...

Sorry if this is kind of a stupid question but was Batman genuinely sad that Joker died?

I say this because when Batman left the theatre he was carrying Joker's body and not Talia's (who Ra's Al Ghul says is "the only person Batman's ever loved") and Bruce just seemed sad overall.

I also imagine Bruce tearing up while listening to Joker's voice message that plays during the credits.

I know that Joker liked Batman a lot and without him he wouldn't have a reason to go on but did Batman like Joker too?

(in a really weird way) Also, if someone said to Joker that they had killed Batman, Joker would get extremely mad and kill them and if someone wanted to kill Joker, Batman would stop them no matter what.

So was Batman actually sad or am I completely wrong?
